The MCP is a plug your AI uses to read your Vault. It can search your saves, pull design tokens and draft a cited rebuild, no copy-pasting.

Claude desktop + web
- Open Settings → Connectors.
- Add custom connector, paste
/mcpserver URL. - Approve access, then ask:
search my vault.
Cursor mcp servers
- Open Cursor Settings → MCP.
- Add new MCP server, paste
/mcpURL. - Hit refresh, look for the green dot, then prompt away.
ChatGPT via connector
- Open your GPT with MCP support (or MCP bridge app).
- Add Forage as a custom action / server with
/mcp. - Start with
